Challenge - Fayoum

Trying to create a suspender kind of utility for Pheonix. Challenge is to do it in less than 12 hours. I am going to begin by revising my Elixir, go through the flow of pheonix new and finally start with the fayoum. Starting at 1.40am on Sunday morning of 9th April.
